      *   Don’t take energy drink instead of water after exercise or work because the caffeine in the energy drink can leave a dehydrating effect on your body. You should take water after exercise or work.

      *   Never combine energy drinks with alcohol because energy drink is a stimulant while alcohol is a depressant this is the important.

      *  The problem is only how to drink & in what amount that can be easily digested.
